This tool automatically checks whether at least one parent is home during critical hours each day. When neither parent is available, it alerts the family and adds events to a shared calendar.

The system accounts for travel time to and from the airport, sign-in times, and post-flight delays.
A shared calendar shows only the days when childcare assistance is needed. It updates automatically when the flight schedules change.

EJ Sleepover Required The children need to sleep elsewhere that night
EJ Afternoon Care The children need to be picked up that afternoon
The events will appear in the Calendar app and sync automatically. They will also appear on iPad if signed in with the same Apple ID.
Note: Google Calendar syncs external feeds approximately every 12–24 hours.
A full visual report is available showing a colour-coded calendar: green days are fine, red days have conflicts. Tap any day to see details about who is flying where and why assistance is needed.
A PDF can be exported using the button on the report page.
The system checks both rosters every 30 minutes. If a schedule changes and a new conflict appears, a notification is sent and the calendar is updated automatically.
No installation required. The calendar subscription keeps itself up to date.
